Recommendation 1

Government & local authorities be required to publish comprehensive data on local rent levels to help promote transparency & regulate the private rented market

Recommendation 2

Establish a national Tenants Voice organisation to promote and protect tenants’ rights and provide independent advice and advocacy for tenants

Recommendation 3

Improve the incentives to private landlords to encourage them to provide good quality, secure, affordable long term rented accommodation
